Project overview: The project is planned to cover approximately 10,000 mu, of which 2,000 mu is of water surface and 8,000 mu of low hill and gentle slope area. This Project takes full advantage of natural ecological environment to carry out planning and construction at a high level and build an Aged-caring and Health-preserving Tourism Village of migratory bird type that can be chained in China. The contents of the Project are mainly: （1）large-sized aged-caring and health-preserving apartments and villas with 5,000 beds; （2）supportive service facilities including expert-level hospital, entertainment place, fitness area, sightseeing place, business space and the planting and breeding base that can provide environmentally safe food for the elderly staying there.

Infrastructure that is available at the project site for attracting investment: 1. Good geographical conditions. The site of the Project is only 9 kilometers away from the urban center of Xingning. Its landforms are low-hill and gentle-slope areas at an elevation of 260-320 meters. The site belongs to subtropical oceanic monsoon climate, with enough sunlight and heat, abundant rainfall and mild climate. Available are good cement roads to connect with 205 state road, Meizhou-Heyuan Highway, railway and airport. The transportation is convenient.
